Tramar Lacel Daillard
Tramar Lacel Daillard also referred to
as Flo Rida is an American performer and rapper. He hails from Carol City in
Florida. His breakout single, "Low", reached number one in the United
States for 10 weeks and set a new record for downloads via digital. The debut
album of Flo Rida, 2008's Mail on Sunday reached number four in the United
States. The album was followed by R.O.O.T.S., the next year. His next albums
included 2010's Only One Flo Part 1 and 2012's Wild Ones charted on US
Billboard 200 charts. Flo Rida is among the most well-known artists in the
music industry, having sold more than 80 million albums across the world. His
catalog includes the international top-selling songs "Right Round",
"Club Can't Handle Me", "Good Feeling", "Wild
Ones", "Whistle", "I Cry", "G.D.F.R. ", and
"My Home". Flo Rida's debut album, Mail on Sunday, was released in
March 2008. The first single, "Low", was featuring T-Pain. The track
was included on the soundtrack to Step Up 2: The Streets. "Low" was
No. 1. on the Billboard Hot 100 Chart. "Elevator" features Timbaland,
"In the Ayer" featuring will.i.am, and "Roll" featuring
Sean Kingston followed, and both charted on the Hot 100 and other charts. In
addition , T-Pain was featured and Sean Kingston, there were numerous featured
performers throughout Mail on Sunday. Timbaland who co-produced the single
"Elevator" as well as featured on the track. Rick Ross, and Trey
Songz also made appearances. Lil Wayne was featured on "American
Superstar", while Sean Kingston was on "Roll" which is a J. R.
Rotem-produced track written by Compton rapper Spitfiya. Other guests included
Birdman, Brisco, and Yung Joc. "Money Right" featuring Rick Ross and
Brisco was initially planned as the fourth track. However, it was cancelled by
Flo Rida's forthcoming studio album, R.O.O.T.S. The singer recorded his second
collaboration with T.Pain, "I Bet", and his collaboration with Trina
(titled "Bout It").
